You may use this website to browse products, place orders, and contact us regarding Atelier Mentari. You agree not to place false, fraudulent, speculative, or unauthorized orders.

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. If the information provided is incorrect, we may not be able to process or deliver your order.

3. PRODUCTS

We do our best to display our products, colors, materials, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or image settings.

Atelier Mentari is a small independent brand. Some products may be produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a technical error, pricing error, stock issue, suspicious activity, incorrect customer information, or any other reasonable reason.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location and the settings shown at checkout.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs charges may be added depending on your delivery location. The final amount will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. SHIPPING

Atelier Mentari is a small independent brand, and every order is handled with care. Due to high demand and our current production/logistics process, shipping can take up to 10–15 days.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping provider, customs process, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

7. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders shipped outside the country or region of dispatch, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.

8. RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us by email with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you the return instructions and all the information needed to send the item back.

9. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns for damaged, stained, worn, washed, altered, or used items.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

10. REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help you find the best solution.

12. COMPLAINTS & WARRANTY

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at ateliermentari@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, incorrect washing, neglect, or changes made to the product after purchase.

13. PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the product. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or storage.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, videos, graphics, logos, text, product names, designs, and brand elements, belongs to Atelier Mentari or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

15. PRIVACY
