Atelier Mentari is a small independent brand, and every order is handled with care. Due to high demand and our current production/logistics process, shipping can take up to 10–15 business days.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping service, customs procedures, and possible delays outside of our control.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us by email with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you the return instructions and all the information needed to send the item back.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
• We cannot accept returns for damaged, stained, worn, washed, or altered items.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees may apply depending on your delivery country.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help you find the best solution.
